Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and balance daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Act as local tourism ambassador with comprehensive Dallas knowledge
- Utilize yield management techniques to maximize room revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
