Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns proactively using problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Utilize property management systems (Opera) with expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and transportation options
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Texas Food Handler certification a plus
