Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
