Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/out procedures using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Denver attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if assisting with guest transportation)
