Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly while maintaining brand service standards
- Process payments and financial transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Act as local Las Vegas ambassador with expert recommendations
- Multitask effectively during peak hours and high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid NV gaming work card (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish/French preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and Las Vegas hospitality mindset
