Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during check-in/check-out with personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
- Act as primary liaison between guests and departments (housekeeping, maintenance, concierge)
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain organized front desk operations and administrative records
- Upsell resort amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members during peak periods and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license (required for occasional errands)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tucson attractions and local area
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
