Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records and communicate key information across departments
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service excellence
- Support emergency procedures and security protocols as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with cash handling accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
