Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and a welcoming demeanor.
- Manage high-volume reservations and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with precision.
- Maintain the pristine aesthetic and organization of the front lobby, reception area, and concierge desk.
- Process payments, handle cash reconciliation, and reconcile daily reports accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and public spaces meet our luxury standards.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local recommendations and directions.
- Address guest concerns and complaints immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera Cloud, StayNTouch) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, service-minded attitude.
