Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for optimal operations
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and cleanliness
- Act as local tourism ambassador providing recommendations for attractions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and multilingual abilities preferred
