Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and special packages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
