Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and manage cash drawer
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hotel/hospitality
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and local transportation
