Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (for airport runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
