Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor and a friendly smile.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying identification and processing payments.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping services and maintenance requests.
- Stay updated on local attractions, events, and hotel amenities to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and property management software (PMS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
