Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly, managing reservations and inquiries.
- Handle guest requests, including room service, valet, and concierge services, with professionalism.
- Maintain the front desk area and lobby to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm, empathetic, and effective manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
