Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and accurately using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage phone lines and emails, responding to inquiries with a polite and knowledgeable tone.
- Process payments and post charges to guest folios with precision.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations, transportation, and local area recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in data entry and cash handling.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items up to 25 lbs when assisting guests.
