Responsibilities

- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and poise.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist in promoting hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to drive revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
