Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of front desk, housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance staff to foster a positive work culture.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue management, budget adherence, and cost control strategies.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries efficiently to maintain our 5-star reputation and ensure 100% guest retention.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and service quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related hospitality field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large team.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications are required.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
