Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and accurate billing reconciliation.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Assist with concierge duties, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
