Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional concierge services, answer inquiries, and resolve guest concerns with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a pristine and inviting lobby environment, ensuring public areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and messages, ensuring clear and timely communication with the front office team.
- Security & Access: Verify guest identities and access codes, ensuring the safety and security of the property and its guests.
- Administrative Support: Assist with processing payments, managing mail, and filing daily reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new property management software.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs), and perform tasks that require mobility around the property.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
