Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and provide personalized recommendations for local attractions.
- Operations Support: Handle front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and processing payments efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- General Assistance: Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is pristine and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
