Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and manage room keys securely.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints with patience and efficiency to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Assist with special requests, such as restaurant reservations or local transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
