- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
