As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our commitment to excellence, and we are looking for someone who shares these values.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently check guests in and out using our property management system, ensuring accuracy in all registrations and payments.
- Greet visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with poise and professionalism.
- Handle mail, package deliveries, and concierge requests promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
