Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local resource for guests, recommending attractions and services
- Maintain lobby area appearance and ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reservation software (Opera, Delphi, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
