Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to security and audit procedures.
- Assist with check-outs, including printing folios, collecting payments, and providing receipts.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs during their stay.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
