Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently using our state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS).
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Process payments, manage cash transactions, and reconcile daily reports accurately.
  • Manage reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and overbooking solutions.
  • Assist with lobby maintenance and ensure the front desk area is pristine and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve maintenance issues and ensure guest room readiness.
  • Conduct nightly security checks and closing procedures to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications
