Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Handle reservations, payments, and cash transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process mail/packages and maintain lobby security protocols
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Generate daily reports and manage inventory
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Texas hotel certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio attractions
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
