- Check guests in/out efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Manage reservations and room assignments through advanced software platforms
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure scenarios
- Valid California driver's license (if airport transfers required)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
