Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate special requests
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate billing records
- Perform daily audits of cash drawers and financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Sacramento tourism and attractions preferred
