Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel amenities and local Philadelphia attractions
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
