Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle front desk administration, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
