Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Manage room bookings, reservations, and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments and handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk, concierge, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Must be friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
