Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service by greeting guests warmly and efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process payments, handle reservations, and maintain accurate guest records in the property management system.
- Maintain the lobby area and front desk appearance to reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
