Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with precision, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
- Utilize our Daily Pay system to assist team members in accessing their hard-earned wages instantly.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries with a professional and courteous tone.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Maintain a pristine reception area and lobby, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Update guest profiles and reservation details in our property management software (PMS).
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
