Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle high-volume phone inquiries and manage reservation modifications
- Process payments, issue room keys, and manage billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell premium amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and incident reports
- Ensure lobby area remains pristine and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday shifts)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid New York State hospitality license preferred
- Foreign language skills a significant plus
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
