Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings with precision
- Provide local recommendations and arrange transportation/tours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays reliably
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions
- Knowledge of Oakland attractions and transportation systems
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
