Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Handle package deliveries and manage mail services for the building or facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Assist with access control and security procedures for employees and visitors.
- Process check-ins and check-outs for transient guests, if applicable.
- Perform light administrative duties and data entry as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
