Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process registrations, reservations, and payments using property management systems.
- Guest Relations: Answer inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions with a friendly demeanor.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phones and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism: Must present a neat appearance and possess a professional attitude.
