Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management software.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly, helpful tone.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Process payments, manage room keys, and resolve guest issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (PMS).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
