Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately using our property management system.
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails, providing information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Processing payments accurately and balancing daily deposits at the end of each shift.
- Assisting with front desk administrative duties, including mail sorting and package management.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolving guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full on-the-job training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
