Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer and screen incoming calls and emails, routing messages to the appropriate department promptly.
- Process all payments, including credit cards, cash, and checks, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Assist with concierge services, providing local recommendations and directions to visitors.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Monitor security cameras and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office and PMS software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional appearance and demeanor are mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Reliable transportation is required.
