Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and relay messages accurately.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of front desk or guest services experience preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and PMS experience a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Bi-lingual skills (Spanish) are a significant plus.
