As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We offer flexible shift work opportunities to accommodate your lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and key card issuance using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Reservations: Answer incoming calls and manage room reservations, ensuring accuracy in booking details.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Front Desk Operations: Monitor the front desk area, manage lobby cleanliness, and assist with concierge services when necessary.
- Security: Enforce hotel policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and filing systems as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly (PMS experience is a plus).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings to meet business demands.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
