Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Performing light cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Answering phones and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or hospitality background required; we will train you.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
