Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to all guests and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries, making reservations, and resolving issues with poise and professionalism.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area and front desk environment.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit cards accurately, adhering to company security policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest room requests and maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with property management systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and move about the lobby and desk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
