Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional check-in and check-out services while greeting guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Operations Management: Assist in the smooth running of the front desk, concierge, or housekeeping departments during assigned shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Security & Safety: Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate logs, and update guest records in our management systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not always required for entry-level positions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and professional attitude are essential.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
