Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process reservations and manage room availability across multiple channels
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Contribute to daily shift briefings and team collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Valid Indiana driver's license if providing airport transfers
