Responsibilities
- Efficiently check-in/check-out guests using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system experience
