Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Reservation Support: Assist with incoming calls, manage reservations, and provide information about local attractions.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, requests, and minor issues promptly to ensure a memorable stay.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
- Security: Monitor security cameras and follow hotel safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Attitude: A strong customer service orientation and a willingness to learn the ropes of hotel operations.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are required; familiarity with Windows and keyboarding is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light items (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
