Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) and process payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems

- Valid Washington State driver's license (if required for errands)
